OVERVIEW: To celebrate Easton’s 25th anniversary, we are encouraging guests to share their memories of their time spent at Easton for the chance to win a $5,000 giveaway.
Guests can submit a testimonial and photos through https://celebrate.eastontowncenter.com or by tagging #MyEastonMemories on social media to be entered to win an anniversary prize package worth $5,000. The sweepstakes will include gift cards from some of Easton original retailers (subject to availability) and an Easton gift card with a total value of $5,000.
RUN DATES: May 31 – August 1
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor (Steiner + Associates/Easton Town Center) and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, Ohio, local laws, and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating and submitting an entry, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of sponsor in conducting the contest. By entering the contest, the winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the sponsor, employees and representatives for a personal injury or loss that occur from the participation of the contest or from the receipt or use of any prize. By entering entrants acknowledge and agree that sponsor may use their names, photos, likenesses and any other personally identifiable information for any marketing and advertising purposes throughout sponsor’s property and digital channels including its website and social media, as well as the names, likenesses, and other personally identifiable information of anyone else appearing in a testimonial or photo. Sponsor, employees and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that they have complied with these rules including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant suspected of ineligibility.
HOW TO ENTER AND NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Sweepstakes begin on May 31, 2024, and end on August 1, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). There are multiple ways to enter this contest. 1) Fill out and submit the online form found at https://celebrate.eastontowncenter.com or 2) Post on social media and tag #MyEastonMemories. Your page must be public in order to be captured. Entrants should go to https://celebrate.eastontowncenter.com and need not submit a testimonial or photos, or tag #MyEastonMemorieson social media, to enter the sweepstakes.
HOW TO WIN: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will file an IRS form 1099 and will require the winner’s social security number in order to claim the prize. The winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the prize.
PRIZES AND ODDS: One winner will receive the prize detailed on this web page. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
NOTIFICATION: Winner will be announced on https://celebrate.eastontowncenter.com and notified by phone, email or direct message and will be required to accept the prize within 5 days of notification. Failure to accept within 5 days will result in forfeiture of prize and another winner will be drawn within 10 days thereafter.
WINNER’S NAME: For the winner’s name please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Celebrate 25 Years Sweepstakes, care of Easton Town Center, 160 Easton Town Center, Columbus, Ohio 43219.
RELEASE: By participating, each entrant releases the sponsor and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind caused by or related to their participation in this sweepstakes.
STATE LAW AND JURISDICTION: Any disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or the prize shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of general jurisdiction of Franklin County, Ohio. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event shall attorney fees or punitive, incidental, or consequential damages be available.
